LegalCookie Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This page lists the ones we use and what each is for. To control them, see "Managing cookies" at the end.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and cannot be switched off from here. They store nothing that identifies you personally.
- Session and security cookies set by our hosting provider
- A local preference remembering whether you muted the agent's voice
Analytics
These help us understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. They are aggregated — we use them to see patterns, not to identify individuals.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) — distinguishes visitors and sessions. Expires after up to 2 years.
Advertising
These measure whether our advertising works, and allow us to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
- _fbp, fr (Meta Pixel) — identifies browsers for advertising measurement and retargeting. Expires after up to 90 days.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not stop you using this site.
You can also opt out at the source:
- Google Analytics — install Google's opt-out browser add-on
- Meta — adjust ad preferences in your Facebook account settings
Ad blockers and browsers with tracking protection prevent most of these from loading in the first place.
