Privacy Policy

Nexa Innovations is a software and marketing agency. We build AI systems, websites, mobile apps and run marketing campaigns for clients worldwide. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@nexainnovations.io.

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or business name
• A description of what you want built or achieved
• Your indicated budget range

We also record your IP address and browser user-agent alongside the submission. This is used to detect automated spam and for nothing else.

When you simply browse the site, our analytics tools collect usage data — pages viewed, how far you scrolled, which buttons you clicked, approximate location and device type. This is described in the next section.

We use the following third-party services, each of which sets its own cookies and receives data about your visit:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures how the site is used, so we can improve it. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Meta Pixel — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising works. Meta's privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy

These tools may build a profile of your activity across sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can control Meta's advertising data through your Facebook account settings. Blocking cookies in your browser, or using an ad blocker, also prevents them from loading.

We rely on the following bases:

• To respond to your enquiry — because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to potential clients.
• To improve the site — our legitimate interest in understanding what works, using aggregated analytics.
• To measure advertising — your consent, given when you allow the relevant cookies to load.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf.

Enquiry submissions are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database and emailed to us through Resend. Our website runs on Railway. These providers process data on our instruction and are bound by their own data protection terms.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required for tax and accounting records. If you never become a client, we delete enquiry data after two years.

Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default settings — currently 14 months for Google Analytics.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to us processing it
• Ask for a copy in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies

To exercise any of these, email info@nexainnovations.io. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
