Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. Any engagement begins only when we both sign a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and price.

Everything on this site — text, design, code, logos and images — belongs to Nexa Innovations unless credited otherwise. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission. You are welcome to link to any page.

For projects we deliver, ownership of the work transfers to the client on final payment, unless the signed agreement says otherwise. We retain the right to describe the work publicly and show it in our portfolio, unless we have agreed in writing not to.

Third-party components used in a project — open-source libraries, stock assets, platform SDKs — remain under their own licences.

This site is provided as-is. We keep the information accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will be available uninterrupted.

Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation. Timelines, prices and results mentioned here are illustrative — the numbers that apply to you will be in your proposal.

Where we describe outcomes from past work, those were achieved in specific circumstances for specific clients. Marketing and SEO results in particular depend on your market, your competition and factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee equivalent results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes relating to this site fall to the courts of Karachi, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
